Nghe An Rehabilitation Hospital improves hospital management quality

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 27, Nghe An Rehabilitation Hospital held a seminar to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - 2017).

At the seminar, the hospital leaders reviewed the growth and development of the hospital. With the spirit of "Doctors are like mothers", over the past time, the hospital has innovated its service style, aiming at the goal of doing everything for the patients and becoming a place where patients place their trust. In 2016, the hospital was awarded a certificate of merit by the Ministry of Health for its outstanding achievements in rehabilitation work in 2015 - 2016; and was awarded the title of Labor Excellence Collective by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

In 2017, the Hospital was one of the first 5 provincial hospitals to implement autonomy in regular expenditure (2017-2019 period). Therefore, improving the quality of management as well as the quality of medical examination and treatment is the top priority of the hospital's leaders.

Therefore, the Hospital has cooperated with leading experts in rehabilitation: Neurology, hospital quality management and patient safety; implemented the 5S festival to train all hospital medical staff, especially key staff, the team directly serving patients... This is also the year the Hospital decided to complete the Ministry of Health's Criteria Set towards applying JCI international standards to hospital quality management.

On this occasion, the Hospital Director awarded certificates of merit to groups and individuals who had excellently completed their assigned tasks. At the same time, the Hospital leaders also gave small gifts to encourage patients being treated at the hospital./.
