Quy Hop: 'Don't let officials be alone'

(Baonghean.vn) - Party members of Hop Tien Bloc, Quy Hop Town made recommendations at the review conference in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII) on the afternoon of April 18.

Attending the review conference were comrades Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Phan Dinh Dat - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quy Hop district; representatives of the Party Committee of Quy Hop town.

In the collective review section, comrade Nguyen Van Cong - Secretary of the Hop Tien Bloc Party Cell said that the cell had 44 party members, 9 comrades were exempted from activities, 2 were probationary party members; the total number of party members attending the conference was 30.

Regarding the existence of the Party cell, it is worth noting that: there are still some unemployed youths, there are still poor households, some movements of mass organizations are still weak, especially the Youth Union organization, the Youth Union branch is always in a state of only having 3 key cadres. Identifying the manifestations according to the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee, the Party Cell of Hop Tien block determined that there were manifestations.

Specifically, some party members showed signs of wavering faith in the Party, especially during the East Sea dispute, when major corruption cases of domestic officials and party members were handled, and when marine environmental pollution cases occurred...

Some have not arranged time to study the Party's resolutions; some comrades are not serious in political theory study sessions, still do it perfunctorily, and there are cases of leaving before the session ends.

In carrying out their duties, some party members still shirk their assigned duties, especially in the position of village party cell secretary. There are still some party members who are not closely aware of the grassroots situation and people's lives.

After stating the manifestations, the existing causes and solutions to overcome the manifestations were also specifically proposed by the Hop Tien Party Cell. In the proposed solutions, the Hop Tien Party Cell focuses on maintaining regular and effective study of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle; evaluating individual achievements through the effectiveness of assigned work and strictly handling cases of failure to complete tasks. Ensuring transparency in financial revenue and expenditure. Implementing well programs and plans to improve the quality of Party cell activities.

After listening to the collective review, there were 4 comments for the collective, in which the party members suggested that the party members in the party cell should further promote the spirit of leading by example in taking on the tasks assigned by the organization. It is necessary to pay more attention to political and ideological education and it must be carried out anytime, anywhere, regularly and continuously. For example, the personnel work at the last term party congress, due to poor orientation, was not done in accordance with regulations.

The delegates also suggested that each party member should join hands with the Party Committee officials to take care of the thoughts and lives of the people in the neighborhood so that they can accurately grasp the complicated issues that may arise and have timely solutions, not allowing them to flare up and cause conflicts and disunity. Therefore, all party members must join hands with the Party Committee officials to resolve all issues that occur in the locality, not leaving the officials alone when resolving issues that occur in the area.

In the personal review section, each party member pointed out the signs of degradation that still existed within him or her. The collective gave specific comments to each individual to correctly assess the signs and help the individual come up with effective solutions.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Le Quang Huy acknowledged that the conference took place with a sense of responsibility, a high spirit of construction, democracy and objectivity. The leaders of the town and district Party Committee also made suggestions for in-depth review of the grassroots situation. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the review in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII) is to identify the manifestations of individuals in order to have remedial measures to help improve the quality of work, serving the goal of building and rectifying the Party.

In particular, the manifestations that the collective and individuals in the Hop Tien Party Cell have identified have shown a sense of responsibility and concern for the effectiveness of the work of the government apparatus and the team of cadres and party members.
