According to the proposal of Quy Chau district, currently, the Mong village irrigation project is an important national target project, the process of implementing site clearance and resettlement for affected people is facing many difficulties. Among them, there are some contents that exceed the authority of the district and need to be supported and directed by all levels of the sector to shorten the implementation time so as not to affect the project progress as well as quickly ensure the people's lives.

After listening to the report and conducting a direct inspection, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hien - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation requested the People's Committee of Quy Chau district to direct the forces to have a plan to plan resettlement areas to quickly relocate people in the affected areas.
