I think the manifestations are different but the essence is the same.

In fact, there are many cases like this in many places across the country and these are just the cases that the press has discovered.

I think the purpose of violations like this is a form of corruption, and corruption of power is for personal purposes and group interests.

Corrupt people give birth to corruption. Innocent people who serve the people and the country cannot be corrupt.

The State under the leadership of the Party, that is, the State apparatus must be people selected by the Party in an organized, led, and collective manner. However, the recent events that have caused public outrage have revealed many issues that need to be considered and rectified in personnel work, especially the appointment of officials.

Therefore, it is necessary to quickly and thoroughly resolve the situation of "rapid appointment of officials" to regain people's trust.

Even if the process of appointing officials is correct, but "giving birth" to "bad people", to corrupt and bad officials, the process must be reviewed.

Procedures are about paperwork. Whether or not the procedure is followed in practice is what matters.

In these cases, the form is the process but the content is not correct. The content is fake, not the Party's process.

+Do you think it's time to sound the alarm about personnel work, especially rectifying and preventing the degradation of cadres and the apparatus, especially the abuse of power?

Major General Nguyen Quoc Thuoc:The General Secretary said "resolutely build a clean and strong Party apparatus". The Prime Minister also said "build a constructive, honest and transparent apparatus", but through a series of recent appointments of officials, it has been proven that the above said but many lower levels did not implement.

Thus, it can be said that the role and trust of the people in the Party and the state apparatus at all levels will increasingly decrease if incidents like this are not resolved completely.
