Highlights of the Drama Contest program at Vinh University

On the evening of April 3, at Hall A, Vinh University held the 2nd Drama Contest of 2017, attracting a large number of students to participate.

This year's program has 4 participating teams, coming from the branches of the Faculty of Foreign Languages. The teams have to go through two rounds of drama performances. Each round will have specific topics. In round 1, the teams will draw compulsory topics given by the organizers such as showbiz, love, social networks... In round 2, the teams will perform according to topics of their own choosing. What is special about this program is that all the dialogues are in English.

As a result, the organizing committee awarded the first prize to team K55, the second prize to three classes of faculty K56; the third prize went to the two joint teams K56 and team K57. The promising male actor award was given to student Nguyen Van Duc of class 56B1, and student Van Thi Ha of class 56A2 won the promising female actor award.

The Drama Contest program is an activity to help improve foreign language learning ability, create a useful playground, a joyful atmosphere and a spirit of solidarity, exchange and learning for Vinh University students after stressful study hours./.
