(Baonghean.vn) - Tien and Vuong chose a location in the field to conduct a transaction with customers. While Tien was standing guard, the police raided and apprehended him. Vuong was also arrested afterward.

The Dien Chau District Police recently cracked case 317H, arresting two suspects, Ha Van Vuong (born in 1978, residing in Hoi 2 village, Chau Hoi commune, Quy Chau district) and Lang Van Tien (born in 1980, residing in Hoi 1 village, Chau Hoi commune, Quy Chau district), and seizing 37.65g of heroin.

In early 2017, the Dien Chau District Police received information that several unfamiliar individuals were frequently appearing in the area and associating with drug addicts.

After several days of investigation, the detectives learned that these individuals were transporting drugs from the mountainous areas down to Dien Chau for sale. On March 18th, the Dien Chau District Police established Special Case 317H to combat this crime. The detectives identified two suspects: Lang Van Gioi and Ha Van Vuong.

In the early morning of March 23, the special task force received information that the suspects would appear in the area and conduct a transaction at 7:00 AM. Information gathered indicated that the person directly handling the goods was Ha Van Vuong, and the transaction would take place in the middle of a field.

Upon discovering Tien standing guard, the police swooped in and apprehended him. Simultaneously, police approached and caught Vuong red-handed, seizing 37.65g of heroin, one car, and three mobile phones. The person who bought the drugs from Vuong escaped.
