Procedures for 50% reduction in road service fees at Ben Thuy and Ben Thuy II stations

Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Transport in Official Dispatch No. 3492/BGTVT-DTCT dated April 3, 2017 on reducing road service prices at Ben Thuy Toll Station;
Vinh City Bypass BOT Branch respectfully announces:
From April 15, 2017, Ben Thuy and Ben Thuy II stations will reduce 50% of road service fees for vehicles of type 1 (vehicles with less than 12 seats, trucks with a load capacity of less than 2 tons; all types of public passenger buses) and type 2 (vehicles with 12 to 30 seats; trucks with a load capacity of 2 tons to less than 4 tons) owned by owners with permanent residence registration, and business organizations with headquarters in Vinh city, Hung Nguyen district (Nghe An province), Nghi Xuan district, Hong Linh town (Ha Tinh province). To receive a reduction in road service fees, owners and business organizations must provide complete documents and procedures (according to the attached list).
For individual vehicle owners:
I. Vehicle ownership certificate (sample attached).
II. Certificate of Business located in the area (sample attached).
III. Notarized photocopy of Business Registration Certificate.
IV. Notarized copy of Vehicle Registration Certificate (in the name of the organization).
At the same time, present the original Household Registration Book and Vehicle Registration Certificate (According to Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BCA dated April 4, 2014 of the Ministry of Public Security) when providing the above documents to the Vinh Bypass BOT Branch.
For business organizations:
I. Vehicle ownership certificate (sample attached).
II. Certificate of Business located in the area (sample attached).
III. Notarized photocopy of Business Registration Certificate.
IV. Notarized copy of Vehicle Registration Certificate (in the name of the organization).
At the same time, present the original Vehicle Registration Certificate in the name of the organization (According to the provisions of Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BCA dated April 4, 2014 of the Ministry of Public Security) when providing the above documents to the Vinh Bypass BOT Branch.
After receiving all valid documents and procedures, the BOT Branch will issue a Confirmation Card to reduce ticket prices for owners and business organizations. This is the basis for vehicle owners and business organizations to present when purchasing Single-trip tickets, Monthly tickets, and Quarterly tickets to receive discounts.
BOT Branch will start receiving documents, procedures and issuing Confirmation Cards to reduce fares from April 7, 2017 to July 14, 2017 (during office hours). Location: No. 02, Nguyen Du, Vinh City, Nghe An. For vehicles that have purchased Monthly Tickets for April 2017, Quarterly Tickets for the second quarter of 2017, the difference between the discounted Monthly Tickets and Quarterly Tickets (from April 15) compared to the Monthly Tickets and Quarterly Tickets at the supported price when purchasing Monthly Tickets for May 2017 or Quarterly Tickets for the third quarter of 2017, Monthly Tickets for July 2017 will be deducted.
