On the morning of April 27, the People's Committee of Quy Hop district organized a conference to train press speaking skills. Mr. Nguyen Ba Hao, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications, pointed out the necessity and proactiveness of providing information to the press and analyzed and clarified the nature and development of domestic press in recent years, as well as the difficulties and advantages in the new period.
