Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Dinh Phuong said that through the mailbox and student opinions sent from the faculties. The school has compiled 191 questions from 17 training faculties. Divided into 2 main parts. Part 1 includes: training work, training quality, software application. Part 2 is student service work.

Among them were typical issues such as: In the near future, the school will change the way it evaluates semester exam scores. Instead of 10% attendance, 20% midterm, and 70% final exam. Directly talking to students, Associate Professor, Dr. Dinh Xuan Khoa brought a democratic and open spirit to the students. There were 25 opinions asked by the students and directly answered by the principal. Student Cao Van Quang (k55B - Journalism) with a suggestion: “Journalism is a dynamic industry, practice is more important than theory. But the subjects are all theoretical, for example, in photography, we still have to take a theory test. I suggest that the school change the curriculum framework to suit the Journalism industry.”
Student Duong Hoai Giang (class 56 - Journalism): "My classmates also suggested that the school convert the IT application course from theory to practice". Agreeing with the above two opinions, the School Principal also said that it is necessary to change the curriculum framework to suit the field of study. Assigning the task to the quality assurance center and the Faculty of Literature Pedagogy to research.
Through the feedback of many students at the hall, it was said that the units (one-stop department, training center, etc.) of the School did not agree to resolve the problems of students. The Principal requested these units to seriously review and propose solutions.
The dialogue conference went well, with a democratic spirit to ensure the rights of students as said by Prof. Dr. Meritorious Student Dinh Xuan Khoa. The school's principal highly appreciated the spirit of contributing opinions and promised to consider the students' legitimate opinions to have more suitable policy changes for students in order to increasingly improve the quality of teaching and learning at Vinh University.
