Nghe An: Ready to inaugurate key projects to celebrate April 30 and May 1

Provincial leaders directly inspected the actual site of N5 road connecting Southeast Economic Zone to Hoa Son commune, Do Luong district.

Route N5 connecting the Southeast Economic Zone to Hoa Son, Do Luong district has a length of 29.1km, invested by the Department of Transport, approved into 2 specific projects with a total capital of more than 1,265 billion VND. Currently, this route has basically completed the first layer of asphalt and technical clearance, meeting the needs of convenient and safe traffic for people and vehicles on the route.

Next, the Provincial Party Secretary and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the D4 route, with the remaining section of the N5 route, the section passing through Nghi Thuan commune, invested by the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone, under unfinished construction.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong requested the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone to focus on directing contractors to speed up progress, mobilize maximum human resources and construction machinery day and night to complete the asphalt pavement according to the set plan, ensuring that before the inauguration ceremony, relevant units must complete the assigned tasks with the most thoughtful spirit.

The delegation also inspected the Nghi Thiet Cement Grinding Station with a total investment of 1,100 billion VND, designed capacity of phase 1 is 4 million tons/year. Currently, Nghi Thiet Cement Grinding Station phase 1, with a capacity of 4 million tons/year, has completed the 100,000-ton cement silo. In addition, the conveyor system, electricity, and internal roads have been installed. In particular, the seaport system is also ready, able to receive ships with a tonnage of more than 2,000 tons and will conduct a conveyor test run in the near future.

Also on the afternoon of April 27, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh, Provincial People's Committee Chairman Nguyen Xuan Duong and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee inspected Vinpearl Resort and the preparations for the opening ceremony of Cua Lo tourism.

Here, the Provincial Party Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman acknowledged the efforts of departments, localities as well as construction units in speeding up the construction progress of the complex project and preparations for the opening of the Cua Lo Tourism Festival in accordance with the requirements.

In addition, the provincial leaders requested relevant agencies and units to focus on preparation work, have plans to ensure absolute safety in terms of security and order. At the same time, pay attention to traffic flow, not to cause local congestion on the roads when the events take place. Ensure the opening ceremony of the 2017 Cua Lo tourist season takes place successfully, creating attraction, leaving many impressions for people and tourists from all over the world./.
