63 examination clusters for the 2017 National High School Graduation Examination
Deputy Minister of Education and Training Bui Van Ga has just issued a decision assigning the task to the Departments of Education and Training to organize and coordinate with universities and colleges to organize examination clusters in accordance with regulations.
The departments are responsible for printing exam papers, supervising exams, grading exams, announcing exam results, conducting appeals, considering graduation eligibility, and reporting to the Ministry of Education and Training.

According to the ministry's decision, there are 63 examination clusters nationwide. The Hanoi cluster is organized by 10 universities and academies in coordination with the Department of Education and Training. The Ho Chi Minh City cluster is organized by 8 universities in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training.
In the remaining provinces and cities, each cluster has 2-3 universities and colleges coordinating with the Departments of Education and Training to organize the event.
