(Baonghean.vn) - On March 24, the Youth Union of Nghe An Provincial Police organized a seminar to celebrate the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2017) and to honor the "Outstanding Nghe An Police Youth" award in 2016.
