The world mourns with France
The whole world sympathizes with the French people for the terrorist attack in central Paris.

Immediately after the shooting in Paris, US President Donald Trump declared it "like a terrorist attack".
"We are sorry for the French people. It's terrible. It seems like another terrorist attack. It's still going on. We need to be stronger," the president said.
Marin Le Pen, presidential candidate from the Popular Front movement, expressed her condolences to the police force and wrote on Twitter:
"Sympathy and support for our law enforcement, once again becoming a target."
German Chancellor Merkel expressed condolences to the French President after the shooting in Paris.
"My condolences to the victims and their families," - German Government representative Steffen Seibert conveyed Ms. Merkel's words.
Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni expressed his condolences to the French people over the shooting in central Paris.
"I agree with President Trump's assessment of what just happened in Paris. My condolences to the people and government of France at this sensitive time three days before the election."
Earlier, a police officer was killed and two others were injured in a shooting in central Paris. A terrorist who fired a machine gun at police was killed. The second attacker escaped. Police are carrying out a special operation in central Paris.
The offender was known to law enforcement. He was on France's list of extremists who posed a threat to national security.
Immediately after the incident, the "Islamic State" - IS - claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack in central Paris.
