Of which, the Everest Trend 2.2L version was heavily discounted by Ford dealers by up to 134 million VND. The Ford Everest 2.2L Titanium version was discounted by 109 million VND. The last version of Everest, the 3.2 Titanium, was discounted by 46 million VND.

Besides Ford Everest, Focus model also has a very strong price reduction, up to 88 - 89 million VND, depending on the version.

The Ranger pickup truck model is currently being reduced by 25 - 70 million VND. The SUV model - Ford Ecosport has a reduction of 40 - 68 million VND, depending on the version. Meanwhile, the Transit commercial vehicle model is currently being reduced by Ford by 62 - 64 million VND for all 3 versions.

This May also saw a sharp price drop for Nissan Vietnam’s car models. The car company has just announced new prices for the high-end X-Trail SUV in Vietnam, with prices ranging from only VND933 million to VND1.11 billion. Compared to the old price, this price has decreased from VND49 to VND85 million.

Not only that, when buying some other Nissan car models such as Sunny, Navara, Teana or Juke, customers will also receive accessories or direct cash from 10 to 30 million VND.

Toyota is a car company that rarely has promotions or discounts. However, in the current gloomy market conditions, this May, the Japanese car company has also made unprecedented price reductions in the history of this company in the Vietnamese market.

The biggest discount is Toyota Camry. Last month, this model was discounted by 60 million VND, but this May, the discount is even deeper at 90 million VND, which is deducted directly from the selling price.

Besides, other Toyota models are also continuously discounted such as Vios about 30 million, Altis 30-40 million, Camry 50-60 million, Innova 45 million.

In the whirlwind of promotions and car discounts, Chevrolet cannot stand aside. The American car company launched a discount program in May 2017, the biggest discount is on the Cruze model with a discount of 50 million VND.

In addition, other car models of this company also decreased, specifically as follows: Aveo 30 million, Orlando 15 million, Captiva 24 million, Colorado 50 million, Trax 10 million.

It can be seen that the Vietnamese automobile market has never witnessed such a strong and continuous price reduction by many car manufacturers as it is now.
