South Korea and China agree to take strong measures against North Korea

Reuters reported that South Korea announced on April 10 that its top nuclear envoys and China agreed to take strong measures against North Korea if Pyongyang conducts a nuclear test or launches an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).

South Korea's nuclear envoy Kim Hong-kyun made the announcement to reporters after meeting with China's special envoy for Korean Peninsula affairs, Wu Dawei.

The announcement comes amid concerns that Pyongyang may be preparing to conduct a new nuclear test./.
