The report of comrade Hoang Cong Hoa - Secretary of Block 4 Party Cell, Nghi Thuy Ward said: The Party Cell currently has 23 party members, is one of the first Party Cells established in the former Cua Lo town. In particular, this is the cradle of training cadres for Nghi Thuy Ward and Cua Lo town.

Over the years, with the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, the Party cell has led socio-economic development, especially exploiting the strengths of tourism development, services, fishing and seafood processing, taking the lead in all movements of Nghi Thuy ward and for many consecutive years the Party cell has achieved the title of strong and clean and exemplary strong and clean.

On the basis of clearly identifying the shortcomings and weaknesses, the Party Cell has agreed and proposed solutions for the collective and each individual.
