Lying in a cold room continuously for many hours, such as when sleeping at night, you may feel very tired or easily get headaches and colds when waking up. The fan blades of old-style air conditioners are often small and weak after many years of use, not creating enough thrust to spread air throughout the room. The cool air blowing directly at you while sleeping can make the body uncomfortable.

Energy consumption

Air conditioners are one of the most energy-consuming appliances in your home, but old air conditioners can even eat up more of your family's electricity bill.
