Coastal communes receive investment support of 1 billion VND/commune/year.
(Baonghean.vn) - According to Decision No. 131/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, coastal communes will receive support for infrastructure development at a rate of 1 billion VND/year/commune.
The level of support is allocated according to the project "Support for Infrastructure Investment in Particularly Difficult Communes in Coastal and Island Areas".

Accordingly, the coastal communes in Nghe An include: Nghi Tien, Nghi Thiet, Nghi Yen, Nghi Quang (Nghi Loc), Dien Van, Dien Bich, Dien Trung, Dien Kim, Dien Hai (Dien Chau), Quynh Tho, Quynh Long (Quynh Luu) and Quynh Loc commune (Hoang Mai town).
According to the directive from the Ministry of Planning and Investment, currently only 10 coastal communes in Nghe An province are receiving infrastructure investment support, while the two newly added communes, Quynh Loc and Quynh Long, will have their allocations distributed after receiving guidance from the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
These communes also receive funding for the maintenance and repair of infrastructure, with each commune receiving 63 million VND.
