(Baonghean.vn) - On March 28th, in Quynh Luu, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Provincial Children's Protection Fund, in coordination with the Vietnam - Outreach Australia organization, presented wheelchairs, bicycles, and gifts to children in extremely difficult circumstances in the province.

At the ceremony, the organizing committee presented 40 wheelchairs, 40 bicycles, and 40 gift packages (each including 30 kg of rice, 1 carton of fresh milk, 2 cartons of instant noodles, cooking oil, MSG, and fish sauce) to 120 children in extremely difficult circumstances from four districts: Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Yen Thanh, and Hoang Mai town.
