Vocational college graduates must achieve foreign language proficiency level 2/6
The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has just issued Circular No. 12/2017/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge and capacity requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels.

At the intermediate level, after graduation, students must be able to perform a number of complex tasks in the industry or profession; be able to apply techniques and technology to work, be able to work independently or in groups, and have foreign language proficiency at level 1/6 of Vietnam's foreign language proficiency framework.
For college level, learners are required to be able to perform intermediate level work and solve complex tasks in the training industry and profession; guide and supervise others in the group to perform work, have foreign language proficiency level 2/6 of Vietnam's foreign language proficiency framework... The Circular takes effect from June 15.
