Dịp này, trao tặng tất cả 10 suất học bổng của Hội Hữu nghị Việt - Lào tỉnh Nghệ An mỗi suất trị giá 500.000 nghìn đồng, tặng 2 giấy khen của Hội Hữu nghị Việt - Thái cho 2 du học sinh Thái Lan tại Đại học Vinh, tặng giấy khen của Liên hiệp các tổ chức hữu nghị tỉnh Nghệ An cho 3 du học sinh Lào.
