Quynh Luu: handing over gratitude houses to families of martyrs

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 22, the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An coordinated with the Traffic Construction Corporation 4 and the State Audit Office of Region 2 to hand over a house of gratitude to the family of Ms. Ho Thi Vinh in Village 6, Quynh Hong Commune (Quynh Luu).

Attending the ceremony were comrade Ho Ngoc Dung - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district, representatives of departments, unions, the District Military Committee, local authorities and people.

In February 2017, with the support of the Association for the Support of Families of Martyrs of Nghe An, Construction Corporation 4 and Auditing Region 2, representatives of the family and local authorities started to build a house of gratitude for the family of Mrs. Ho Thi Vinh, wife of martyr Hoang Van Cao in village 6, Quynh Hong commune.

After more than 4 months of implementation, the house of gratitude has been completed and put into use. The house was built with an area of ​​100 m2 and is worth over 300 million VND, of which the Traffic Construction Corporation 4 and the Auditing Region 2 donated 50 million VND, the rest was contributed by the whole organization, local government and relatives.

The house is a meaningful gift to help Ms. Ho Thi Vinh's family have a place to worship martyrs, and at the same time show the units' concern for families with contributions to the cause of protecting the Fatherland and liberating the nation./.
