Yesterday, midfielder Pham Xuan Manh returned from Thanh Hoa to see a specialist for back pain. The player from Yen Thanh has had back and spine problems for a long time and he needs to rest for 20 days before training normally again.

At the end of 2015, Pham Xuan Manh also had to leave the Vietnam U23 team during the preparation for the U23 Asian Cup because of stomach problems.
