Comrade Le Doan Hop emphasized: Ethics is showing signs of degradation. What needs to be done to have ethics is to build revolutionary ethics, fight against alienation from the people, bureaucracy, individualism and self-interest (now group interests), and dishonesty in the Party, where words do not match actions.
“To do this, each individual must first take care of his or her own ethics before taking care of those around him or her; choose, build and honor leaders; build a solidarity system, ensuring fairness among cadres. This is a topic of utmost importance in implementing Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th Session) and Directive 05 of the Politburo on studying and following the ideology, morality and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh; making a practical contribution to Party building work.
This research and study conference helps the reporting team in the province to have a more complete and profound understanding of the important contents of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (Term XII) and Directive 05 of the Politburo, thereby doing a good job of information and propaganda work and effectively implementing them in the province.
