Contribute an additional 0.5% from the salary fund to the Labor Accident Insurance Fund

Accordingly, employers shall make monthly contributions to the Occupational Accident and Disease Insurance Fund as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 44 of the Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene at the following rates: 0.5% of the salary fund used as the basis for social insurance contributions for employees as prescribed in Points a, b, c, d, dd and h, Clause 1, Article 2 of the Law on Social Insurance, except for the case of employees who are domestic workers; 0.5% of the basic salary for employees as prescribed in Point e, Clause 1, Article 2 of the Law on Social Insurance.
Employers that are enterprises, cooperatives, individual business households, and cooperative groups operating in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fishery, and salt production that pay wages based on products or contracts shall pay a monthly contribution of 0.5% of the salary fund used as the basis for social insurance contributions; the payment method is made monthly, every 3 months, or every 6 months.
