At the conference, delegates also frankly discussed the difficulties that archiving work has been and is facing. Accordingly, the current management, storage and exploitation of "Social Insurance Beneficiary Management" version 3.0 only meets the storage of some information, file addresses for exploitation and synthesis, statistics, and reporting; the creation of current records and submission of records and documents to agency archives have not been fully implemented; there has been no centralized storage arrangement, the storage is not up to standard, the storage area is narrow and scattered, there has been no specialized storage arrangement, the equipment is lacking and rudimentary...

The conference will take place over two days, April 13-14. Here, delegates will be trained on how to create records, receive archives, edit, determine the value of documents, exploit and use archives, and answer questions about the application of information technology and archiving work in the coming time.
