Searching for a group of young men who smashed a series of cars at night
Through the camera footage of a resident, the investigation agency discovered a group of 9 young men driving 5 motorbikes and throwing bricks at cars.
On the afternoon of May 21, the Thanh Khe and Hai Chau District Police, Da Nang City, announced that they had begun an investigation and were reviewing camera footage to track down a group of young men who used bricks to smash a series of cars parked on the coastal road of Nguyen Tat Thanh.

Earlier that morning, many people living along Nguyen Tat Thanh coastal road (in Thanh Khe and Hai Chau districts) woke up to find their family cars vandalized by strangers.
According to the investigation agency, at least 9 cars of the people were smashed with bricks by strangers, causing damage to many parts of the cars, many pieces of broken glass were scattered around. At the scene, many cars parked nearby also had their front and rear windshields smashed with bricks by strangers.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung, owner of car with license plate 43A 15…, said that after parking her car on the sidewalk of Nguyen Tat Thanh Street on the evening of May 20, when she opened the car door on the morning of May 21, she was shocked to see that her car's rearview mirror, front windshield, and rear window had been smashed.

After receiving reports from victims whose cars were vandalized, police in Thanh Khe and Hai Chau districts went to the scene to investigate and record the incident.
