In addition, strengthen student management, strictly prohibit students from using alcohol, beer and alcoholic beverages when organizing end-of-term parties. Do not organize picnics, outings, or parties in deserted or dangerous places such as the sea, forests, mountains, waterfalls, rapids, etc.
Develop a plan and organize a good Coming of Age Ceremony for students. In particular, strengthen propaganda and reminders, do not let students participate in illegal activities that affect their health and study time.
Thus, in just 1 month, the Nghe An Department of Education and Training has issued 2 documents reminding students about end-of-year activities. Previously, after the tragic drowning of two students while taking graduation photos, the Department issued a document strictly prohibiting the taking of graduation photos in dangerous places. Recently, in some parishes in Quynh Luu district, there has been a situation of taking advantage of students to protest and oppose historical distortions, which is an activity that is against the Law on Children and against the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. This also affects the students' learning, thinking and awareness of the nation's history.
