Tea shop owner hacked to death for being told 'no water'

Hoang Mai District Police (Hanoi) said that the unit has initiated a case and prosecuted the accused.Le Tuan Anh (31 years old) and his accomplice Tran Tat Tuyen (26 years old)for murder. The investigation agency also decided to issue a wanted notice.Le Ba Thinh on the same charge.

Afternoon of April 4, 2016,Le Ba Thinh went to smoke tobacco at Bui Xuan Dat's shop in Thinh Liet, Hoang Mai but did not order any drinks so the two sides argued loudly.

Angry at being cursed, Thinh called his nephew Le Tuan Anh and his friend Tran Tat Tuyen to beat Dat and smash the coffee shop before leaving.

After that, Tuan Anh and Tuyen went back to talk to Dat and his younger brother, and the conflict continued to break out. Tuan Anh grabbed a knife and Tuyen grabbed a pig-slaughtering knife and rushed at Dat. The victim died on the way to the emergency room.

Tuan Anh and Tuyen after hthanks for a year of escaping to Chinahas surrendered to Hoang Mai district police, while Thinh's whereabouts are unknown.
