Voter Nguyen Thi Loc, Xuan Hoa hamlet, Nghi Duc commune (Vinh city), reported that the implementation of the project connecting National Highway 46 to Lam River Road (35 meter road) when planning and adjusting the planning was not transparent and objective, the scope of land clearance was unclear, and people did not agree with the resettlement land.

Also related to the transportation sector, voter Vo Anh Trung, hamlet 18, Nghi Phu commune (Vinh city) reported that the State's land allocation to Nghe An General Hospital blocked Ho Tong Thoc road, making it difficult for local people to travel. The voter requested to reopen the road so that people can travel conveniently.

Regarding natural resources and environment, voter Nguyen Van Son, hamlet 3, Giang Son Dong commune (Do Luong), proposed that the phrase "commune land sold without authority" should not be included in the Land Use Rights Certificate of households buying land according to the People's Council Resolution. Some voters also reported that the MASSAN project in Ha Son commune (Quy Hop) has not yet had an environmental impact assessment report but has already begun construction. In addition, many projects have come into operation but have not yet had a certificate of completion of environmental protection works, such as Do Luong Cement Factory, Phu Dien, Tuong Duong, Do Luong Hospitals, etc.

Regarding the regime and policies, voters Lo Xuan Tien, Phung village, Yen Thang commune (Tuong Duong) reflected that compensation, poverty reduction support, and resettlement for households in the Khe Bo Hydropower reservoir area are not in accordance with regulations..Voter Dao Duc Hoa, Dinh Son commune (Anh Son) reported that Resolution No. 198/2015/NQ-HDND, effective from January 1, 2016, of the Provincial People's Council on financial support for the work of the Village Front, has not yet been implemented.

Regarding the policy for people with meritorious services, voter Dinh Van Ton, hamlet 20, Xuan Lam commune (Nam Dan) reported that his enjoyment of the sick soldier regime has not been satisfactorily resolved. Voter Nguyen Kim Sinh, hamlet 6, Nam Anh commune (Nam Dan) reported that in Nam Anh commune, there are 28 cases that have not enjoyed the subsidy regime for the Resistance Medals and Medals.

Regarding the education sector, voter Cao Van Thien, Tan Xuan commune (Tan Ky), reflected that the rotation of teachers is not implemented fairly and reasonably, affecting the lives of teachers....
