Toyota Camry 2007 after 10 years costs nearly 800 million in Vietnam

The imported American sedan equipped with a 2.4 liter engine costs as much as a new Altis.

After 10 years on the market, the value of the imported sedan model is 780 million VND, a number that many people believe is the right price retention for Toyota cars in Vietnam.

The Camry for sale is the LE version, with more than 60,000 km on the clock. The exterior and interior are still quite new. The car is equipped with a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine, 165 horsepower, maximum torque of 224 Nm. 5-speed automatic transmission.

In 2007, the Toyota sedan imported from the US to Vietnam at private dealers cost around $67,000 for the LE version or more. The current price of the car is 780 million, or around $34,400, so the car has kept its value for more than half.

Similar in engine and interior to the domestically produced version, the imported Camry from the US has a slightly different exterior with a fuller shape at the front and embossed lines on the body.

Although more expensive than the domestically assembled version and a used import, many people still choose the imported Camry because they think the product's detailed finishing and driving experience are better.Nowadays, the domestic auto market is larger in scale and has more diverse products than before, but there is still a demand for imported versions of the same car models.

In the price range of over 750 million VND, consumers can now think of some new car models such as Toyota Altis, Mazda3 or pickup models in the Vietnamese market.
