Syrian armed forces have found passports in a newly liberated area near the city of Raqqa, according toIFP News.

Islamic State (IS) militants believe that their dead fighters will be rewarded with 72 virgins in paradise. The extremists’ commanders and leaders often use passages from the Koran that mention this promise to recruit new members.

The words “passport to paradise” were printed in yellow on the green cover. Inside the “passport” were quotations from the Koran in both Arabic and English, calling on members to carry out suicide bombings, according to Russian television station RT.

However, there is no personal information of the IS gunmen in the "passport" but only the two words heaven and hell written in Arabic.

Backed by air support from the US-led international coalition, the Syrian Armed Forces (SDF) are gradually pushing IS out of the city of Raqqa, which has been IS's de facto capital in Syria since 2014. Cihan Shekh Ehmed, a spokesman for the SDF, said the SDF captured the western district of al-Qadisiya from IS on June 26.
