Awarding diplomas to 269 students of the Institute of Natural Education, Vinh University

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 13, students of class K54, Institute of Natural Pedagogy, Vinh University held a closing ceremony for the school year.

K54 students (2013 - 2017) - Institute of Natural Pedagogy includes the majors of Mathematics Pedagogy, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics and Bachelor of Mathematics. These are the traditional and prestigious training majors of Vinh University for many years. Particularly for K54 students, this is the first course that students have studied and trained in the period when Vinh University has had changes in management such as credit-based training, innovation in teaching methods, assessment, and student learning methods in a proactive, positive, learner-centered direction.

At the end of the course, 269/334 (80.5%) students were qualified to graduate in the first batch. Of these, 5 students were classified as excellent, 47 students were classified as good and 184 students were classified as fair. Notably, in the course, 5/8 students who were Laotian international students were recognized as graduates.

During the 4 years of study, 70 students were honored to be admitted to the Party, nearly 100 students received certificates of merit for their academic and training achievements, many students won awards for scientific research at the school and ministry levels and achieved high prizes in the National Math Olympiad and Physics Olympiad for students.

At the ceremony, the school leaders hoped that with the achievements they have made, K54 students will continue to strive and apply the specialized knowledge they have learned to complete their tasks well, with passion for their profession. In addition, they will continuously study and improve their qualifications, becoming excellent teachers, meeting the requirements of innovation in the education sector and the new general education program.
