Prime Minister dissolves the School for training and fostering officials and civil servants

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just signed a decision to dissolve the School for Training and Fostering Civil Servants under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

While in operation, the school has the function of training and improving the professional qualifications, skills, legal knowledge... for cadres, civil servants, and state employees.

The Prime Minister requested to transfer the personnel of the School for Training and Fostering of Officials and Civil Servants to the National Academy of Public Administration under the Ministry of Home Affairs, ensuring that the number of employees of the Ministry of Home Affairs does not increase.

The Decision also clearly states the direction to transfer the assets of the School for Training and Fostering Cadres and Civil Servants to the National Academy of Public Administration under the Ministry of Home Affairs for management and use in accordance with the provisions of law.

While in operation, the School for Training and Fostering Civil Servants under the Ministry of Home Affairs has the function of training and fostering to improve professional qualifications, skills, legal knowledge, knowledge and skills in state administrative management in the field of state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs for civil servants, public employees, State officials and People's Council delegates and communal-level civil servants; scientific research, technology transfer and international cooperation in the field of training and fostering.
