Information from Nghe An Provincial General Hospital: Due to the severity of the injury; from the time of stabbing to the time the wound was sutured and blood supply to the brain exceeded 3 minutes, leading to oxygen deprivation in the brain... therefore, upon admission, patient Lo Minh Huong was in a deep coma, in a vegetative state and brain dead. His life completely depends on life support machines.

At 12 noon today, the family of Lo Minh Huong, a security guard at the Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, requested permission to remove the radio and take him home to Group 1, Son Dong Hamlet, Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City.

Mr. Huong is a security guard at Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. On the morning of June 30th, Mr. Huong was seriously wounded by a family member of a patient being treated at the hospital. The perpetrator has been arrested by the police.
