Nghe An Border Guard: Giving gifts to the family of Heroic Martyr Va Ba Giai in Ky Son

(Baonghean.vn) - Towards the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (27/7/1947 - 27(July 2017), the Provincial Border Guard Command organized activities to honor the families of war invalids and martyrs in Ky Son.

The Provincial Border Guard Command sent a working delegation to visit and present gifts to the family of Heroic Martyr Va Ba Giai in Muong Long Commune, Ky Son District. Here, the leaders of the Provincial Border Guard Command sent their regards, encouragement and gratitude for the sacrifices of Heroic Martyr Va Ba Giai for the task of protecting the sovereignty and security of the Fatherland's borders. They hoped that the martyr's family would overcome difficulties and be a shining example in educating the traditions of generations of Mong people in Muong Long Commune. This has been a regular activity of officers and soldiers of the Provincial Border Guard for many years on the occasion of the anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day.

On this occasion, the delegation visited the martyrs' cemetery to commemorate the soldiers of the People's Armed Police (now the Border Guard) in Ky Son district, and visited the memorial tomb of Heroic Martyr Va Ba Giai.

The activities of the provincial Border Guard officers and soldiers are practical, showing gratitude to the families of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions. At the same time, it also strengthens the solidarity between the Border Guard force and the people.
