From 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.; from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., from July 24, 2017 to August 10, 2017 (except Sundays), barriers will be closed to prohibit vehicles (except vehicles of functional forces on duty and forces participating in drills) from entering the following routes: on the right side of Ho Tung Mau Street (adjacent to the premises of the Provincial Labor Cultural House) from the 5-way intersection of the Provincial Post Office to the 3-way intersection with Nguyen Van Cu Street; prohibiting the right side of Le Mao Street (adjacent to the premises of the Provincial Labor Cultural House) from the 3-way intersection with Ngu Hai Street to the 5-way intersection of the Nghe An Provincial Post Office).
