Binh Thuan province has just issued an official dispatch requesting functional agencies to rectify the conduct and ethics of civil servants.

The People's Committee of Binh Thuan province requires departments, branches and localities to develop regulations on ethical standards in performing public duties, in work and when interacting with the people; rectify and handle the situation of civil servants using social networks to propagate, post and comment on information and images contrary to good customs, social ethical standards or inaccurate and dishonest information.

In particular, civil servants and public employees are not allowed to access, post, comment or use social networks for personal work during office hours.Strengthen discipline and administrative order in agencies, units and localities; regularly self-check and control the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees in their sectors, units and localities in cultivating and training ethics, working style, performing assigned tasks and public duties to promptly educate and handle according to regulations./.
