On the afternoon of July 7, in Vinh City, KeoDavone Agricultural Promotion and Road and Bridge Construction Power Company (Lao PDR) held a handover ceremony for the construction of a road upgrading project in Boly Kham Xay province, Laos, to the construction unit, PNC Construction Joint Venture Company, under Nghe An Petroleum Construction Minerals Corporation (PVNV2).

PNC Construction Joint Venture Company under PVNC2 Corporation is one of the prestigious construction and installation contractors in the Central region. In recent times, thanks to bold management innovation and strong development in the construction and installation sector, the company has undertaken many important projects, including the project to upgrade a 62km long double-layer asphalt road from kilometer 5 of Kham Cot district to Nam Mon village of Xay Cham Pon district and the project to upgrade a 84.44km long double-layer asphalt road from Chom Thom village to Thong My Xay area of the Vietnam - Laos border in BolyKhamXay province, the project has a total investment of 156 million USD.
