Hyundai has entered the compact SUV segment with the Kia Stonic, which is expected to launch in late 2017.
Newly released sketches of the Kia Stonic offer a glimpse into the new, practical, and youthful model. Similarities between the Kona and Kia's product include a sloping rear end and a muscular hood with prominent creases.

The headlights feature LED daytime running lights, but the design isn't as unconventional as the Kona's. No interior images have been released yet, but the Korean automaker stated: "The car's cockpit has a European design style, reflecting the exterior with straight lines, smooth surfaces, and geometric design."
According to Carscoops, the Stonic compensates for its limited interior space with smart features, including a user-friendly, fluid interface. The system connects to the car via smartphone to navigate its functions. The new model also offers customizable interior and exterior options to meet customer requirements.
