US Admiral: Military Must Be Loyal to President Trump

(Baonghean.vn)- On July 27, Commander of the US Pacific Fleet, Admiral Scott Swift announced that he would launch a nuclear attack on China if President Donald Trump ordered it, while warning that the military must always show loyalty to the US President.

The announcement was made by Admiral Swift at a security forum held at the Australian National University after the US and Australian militaries conducted joint military exercises off the coast of Australia.

The exercises were reportedly spied on by a Chinese intelligence-gathering vessel off Australia's northeast coast.

Asked about the possibility of launching a nuclear strike against China next week if the US President ordered it, Admiral Swift stressed: “The answer would be yes.”

The Pacific Fleet commander added that if the military moves away from its focus and responsibility to protect the people, “we really have a serious problem”./.
