9 Traditional Chinese Medicine Remedies for Premature Gray Hair

Fresh ginger and knotgrass syrup: Boil 500-1000g of knotgrass and 30-60g of fresh ginger in water, reduce to a liquid extract, then add honey and stir well to form a paste.
