Many districts in Nghe An 'abundant' land auctions

(Baonghean.vn) - The residential land market in districts such as Thanh Chuong, Nghi Loc, Thai Hoa, Nghia Dan... is flourishing, localities have successfully auctioned hundreds of land lots.

After a period of freezing, the real estate market in Nghe An districts is warming up, especially in some districts in the plains and lowlands.

According to the report of Thai Hoa town, the district has completed the procedures to put the land plots up for auction for land use rights. It is expected that by June 30, 2017, the town will auction 66 lots.

In Nghia Dan, the district successfully planned and organized auctions for 33 land lots in Nghia Binh, Nghia Hoi, Nghia Tan communes and Nghia Dan town with a total winning bid of VND 6,204,550,000. The district also issued land use right certificates to 538 households and individuals.

In the first 6 months of the year, Thanh Chuong successfully auctioned 96 residential land lots in Thanh Duc, Hanh Lam, Thanh Giang, Thanh Lien, Thanh Dong, Dong Van, Xuan Tuong and Thanh Phong communes, contributing 22 billion VND to the district budget.

Nam Dan district also organized an auction of land use rights for 79 plots of land, collecting 19.99 billion VND...

Dien Chau also auctioned land use rights in 13 communes: Dien Ky, Dien Thinh, Dien Hong, Dien Dong, Dien Binh, Dien Cat, Dien Loi, Dien Hanh, Dien Hai, Dien Hung, Dien Thang, Dien Truong, Dien Tho with a total of 110 lots, the amount collected was 58.4 billion VND.

The Tax Department's report shows that in the first 6 months of the year, revenue from land use fees reached 1,006 billion VND, reaching 50.3% of the estimate, up 27.6% over the same period.
