(Baonghean.vn) - BRain or shine, every day, people in Dien Van commune, Dien Chau district (Nghe An province) grill tons of fish. On average, each household grills about 300 kg of fish per day. This is a traditional occupation.Although it's hard work, it provides an additional source of income and helps preserve the traditional craft of our ancestors.
