Accompanying the above warning status is a short clip with the appearance of a man, surrounded by many other people questioning. Some people standing around also gossip about the incident.

Although the TN member's warning had little information, it still attracted the attention and excitement of many people.

Ms. NT said that, according to what she knew, the above clip was recorded on the 3rd floor of a shopping mall in Long Bien district (Hanoi). The incident happened at around 6:00 p.m. on July 15. At that time, the man in the clip, a security guard at the mall, sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl and was discovered.

However, while filming to record the incident, Ms. T. was stopped by some people at the shopping mall.
