Appointing the Provincial Border Guard Commander to the Provincial Party Committee

(Baonghean.vn) – Colonel Tran Hai Binh, Commander of the Border Guard of Nghe An province, has been appointed by the Central Party Secretariat to participate in the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

On the afternoon of June 30th, at the meeting of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department - announced Decision No. 516-QDNS/TW dated June 19, 2017, of the Central Party Secretariat appointing Colonel Tran Hai Binh - Commander of the Provincial Border Guard - to the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies - presented the decision and offered flowers to congratulate Colonel Tran Hai Binh.

Previously, on March 30th, the Provincial Border Guard Command announced the Decision of the Ministry of National Defense to transfer and appoint Colonel Tran Hai Binh - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Nghe An Border Guard - to the position of Commander, replacing Comrade Dinh Ngoc Van, who is retiring.
