Appoint the Provincial Border Guard Commander to the Provincial Party Executive Committee

(Baonghean.vn) – Colonel Tran Hai Binh - Commander of the Provincial Border Guard was appointed by the Central Party Secretariat to join the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An province for the 2015-2020 term.

On the afternoon of June 30, at the meeting of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee announced Decision No. 516 - QDNS/TW dated June 19, 2017 of the Central Party Secretariat appointing Colonel Tran Hai Binh - Commander of the Provincial Border Guard to join the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Colonel Tran Hai Binh.

Previously, on March 30, the Provincial Border Guard Command announced the Decision of the Ministry of National Defense to transfer and appoint Colonel Tran Hai Binh - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of Nghe An Border Guard to hold the position of Commander to replace comrade Dinh Ngoc Van who is waiting for retirement according to the regime.
