Vị chiến lược gia xứ Nghệ không quên nhắn nhủ: “Mong truyền thông giữ cầu thủ của tôi đi dưới mặt đất một tí. Thắng những trận như thế này, sự tự tin sẽ là rất tốt nhưng chúng ta đang chuẩn bị những bước thật nhất trước SEA Games. Mong là truyền thông cho các cầu thủ biết việc gì họ nên làm, việc gì không nên làm”.

Lo lắng của HLV Nguyễn Hữu Thắng là hoàn toàn dễ hiểu. Những trận đấu tại SEA Games không hề đơn giản như những trận giao hữu vừa qua. Chỉ cần một sai lầm nhỏ thôi, có thể khiến mọi công sức bấy lâu nay của ĐT U22 Việt Nam phải đổ sông đổ bể.

Cho nên, giúp các học trò giữ lại đôi chân trên mặt đất là một trong những nhiệm vụ quan trọng nhất vào lúc này của HLV Nguyễn Hữu Thắng./.
