At noon on August 10, this guy continued to go to Long Bien district to find an opportunity to commit a crime. However, when he drove to the Nguyen Van Cu - Ngoc Lam intersection, Lam was arrested by the police with a colt-style gun and 4 bullets.

Lam always carries a pistol with him.

According to the police, in addition to the above cases, this guy also committed about 10 robberies within 3 years (2014-2017). Lam's first robbery was in October 2014.

Lam lives with his wife and children in a luxury apartment in Thanh Xuan district. Every day he plays the role of a hard-working husband, helping his wife with her online business.

Each time he committed a crime, Lam carefully calculated every route, move, means and trick to avoid being noticed and detected. There were times when he would commit a crime continuously, but there were also times when he would go several months without doing so.
