(Baonghean.vn) - Mr. Le Duc Luc, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Son commune (Quynh Luu) said:Recently, overloaded glue trucks have destroyed inter-commune roads in the area.

According to Mr. Luc, this is a grade 5 mountainous road that passes through 8/9 hamlets of the commune. The overloaded glue truck damaged the road but no authorities were seen to handle it.
