Was caught transporting explosives to sell

(Baonghean.vn)- Receiving an 'order' from a stranger, Vinh went to buy 14.5kg of explosives. While delivering the goods, he was arrested by the police.

Through the work of grasping the situation, at 8:00 p.m. on July 26, on the inter-village road in Nam Son hamlet, Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district, the working group of Team 3, PC49 coordinated with Quy Hop district police to ambush and catch red-handed Nguyen Van Vinh (born in 1980), residing in Tan Mung hamlet, Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district, driving a motorbike with license plate 37H1-113.00 carrying a white snake carcass with suspicious signs.

The authorities inspected and discovered that inside the snake's skin were 7 white plastic bags, each containing 10 sticks of explosives and 1 plastic bag containing slow-burning fuse and detonators (6 meters of black slow-burning fuse, 10 electric detonators and 88 detonators).

At the time of inspection, Nguyen Van Vinh could not present documents proving the origin of the above shipment.

Working with the police, Vinh confessed that after receiving an "order" from a stranger, Vinh had collected the above goods several days ago and was on the way to transport them for sale when he was arrested.

The case has been completed by the Criminal Police Department and transferred to the Security Investigation Agency for further investigation and clarification.
